Many people know me through the community or local real estate events. I’m not hiding behind a website or a call center. This is what I do everyday, and I’ve built my business around helping people sell their mobile homes in a way that actually works for them.

I’m Adrian Smude. I buy mobile homes within 30 minutes of Plant City, in communities like Lakeland, Bartow, Brandon, Valrico, Dover, Lithia and Zephyrhills.

I started this business because I’ve met so many who felt stuck. They thought their only option was to put money into repairs, pay commissions, and wait for the right buyer. The truth is, there are often more choices than people realize, and I enjoy helping people discover them.
